but rather it is itself the cause of the emergence or exacerbation of their problems, and therefore, there is no choice but to abandon it and turn toward other principles. Therefore, they openly invite toward the separation of religion from the world, consider Islamism in society as an impediment to its development and progress, and try to replace its beliefs and rulings with human beliefs and rulings. On the other hand, those who believe in Islam know that it is a perfect religion that leads to happiness and can solve the material and spiritual problems of Muslims, and if it has not solved these problems so far, it is because either its original form has not been established as it is, or the entirety of it with all its parts has not been established so far. Therefore, they have no choice but to set it as their goal to establish the original form and the entirety of Islam and strive to achieve it, and this is the meaning of returning to Islam.

Necessity of establishing Islam

Undoubtedly, those who believe in Islam and consider its establishment necessary to achieve happiness and dispose of problems are right; as God Almighty has commanded it and said: ﴿أَنْ أَقِيمُوا الدِّينَ وَلَا تَتَفَرَّقُوا فِيهِ﴾[1]; “That you shall establish the religion and make no divisions therein,” and said: ﴿وَلَوْ أَنَّهُمْ أَقَامُوا التَّوْرَاةَ وَالْإِنْجِيلَ وَمَا أُنْزِلَ إِلَيْهِمْ مِنْ رَبِّهِمْ لَأَكَلُوا مِنْ فَوْقِهِمْ وَمِنْ تَحْتِ أَرْجُلِهِمْ﴾[2]; “And if they had established Torah and Bible and what was revealed to them from their Lord, they would have surely eaten from above their heads and beneath their feet,” but as it was made clear, the establishment of Islam is sufficient and adequate for the purpose if it is done in two ways:

1. Establishing the original form of Islam

The establishment of Islam leads to the achievement of happiness and salvation from problems if its original form is established; considering that not all the beliefs and rulings attributed to Islam are from Islam; because Islam is an independent external reality originated from the will of God Almighty, and the will of God Almighty is commensurate with His perfection,
