[God is One in sovereignty]

The third dimension is sovereignty in the sense of implementing the rulings among created beings, which is possible by having control over them, and certainly, none but God deserves it; as He has said: ﴿لِلَّهِ مُلْكُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَمَا فِيهِنَّ ۚ وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ[1]; “The sovereignty over the heavens and the earth and whatever is in them belongs to God, and He has power over all things”; considering that God is the only One qualified to legislate the rulings, and therefore, He is the only One capable of perfectly implementing His rulings; because the perfect implementation of His rulings requires perfect knowledge about them, and perfect knowledge about them is not possible but for the One Who has legislated them; considering that no one knows about His satisfactions and dissatisfactions and, consequently, His lawful and unlawful as He does; as He has said: ﴿أَمْ كُنْتُمْ شُهَدَاءَ إِذْ وَصَّاكُمُ اللَّهُ بِهَذَا[2]; “Or were you witnesses when God enjoined this on you?!” and said: ﴿قُلْ هَلُمَّ شُهَدَاءَكُمُ الَّذِينَ يَشْهَدُونَ أَنَّ اللَّهَ حَرَّمَ هَذَا[3]; “Say: ‘Bring your witnesses who can testify that God has forbidden this,’” and said: ﴿وَلَا تَقُولُوا لِمَا تَصِفُ أَلْسِنَتُكُمُ الْكَذِبَ هَذَا حَلَالٌ وَهَذَا حَرَامٌ لِتَفْتَرُوا عَلَى اللَّهِ الْكَذِبَ ۚ إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يَفْتَرُونَ عَلَى اللَّهِ الْكَذِبَ لَا يُفْلِحُونَ[4]; “Do not utter what your tongues falsely describe: ‘This is lawful, and this is forbidden,’ in order to fabricate lies against God. Undoubtedly, those who fabricate lies against God will not be saved.” Moreover, the perfect implementation of the rulings of God requires perfect knowledge about their subject matters, while perfect knowledge about their subject matters is not possible but for their Creator; considering that no one knows His created beings and, accordingly, their measures and places as He does; as He has said: ﴿وَعِنْدَهُ مَفَاتِحُ الْغَيْبِ لَا يَعْلَمُهَا إِلَّا هُوَ ۚ وَيَعْلَمُ مَا فِي الْبَرِّ وَالْبَحْرِ ۚ وَمَا تَسْقُطُ مِنْ وَرَقَةٍ إِلَّا يَعْلَمُهَا وَلَا حَبَّةٍ فِي ظُلُمَاتِ الْأَرْضِ وَلَا رَطْبٍ وَلَا يَابِسٍ إِلَّا فِي كِتَابٍ مُبِينٍ[5]; “And the keys of the unseen are with Him; none but He knows them, and He knows whatever is on land and sea; not a leaf falls unless He knows about it, and there is not a grain in the darkness of the earth, nor anything moist or dry unless it is in the Enlightening Book,”
