[Incorrectness of what the majority of people say and do]

Therefore, it is possible that what the majority of people say and do is incorrect, but the fact is that it is mostly incorrect; because it is evident that the majority of people do not use the intellect; as God Almighty has said: ﴿بَلْ أَكْثَرُهُمْ لَا يَعْقِلُونَ﴾[1], and most of them are ignorant; as God Almighty has said: ﴿وَلَكِنَّ أَكْثَرَهُمْ يَجْهَلُونَ﴾[2], and they do not have a sufficient share of knowledge; as God Almighty has said: ﴿بَلْ أَكْثَرُهُمْ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ﴾[3], and most of them follow conjecture; as God Almighty has said: ﴿وَمَا يَتَّبِعُ أَكْثَرُهُمْ إِلَّا ظَنًّا ۚ﴾[4], and most of them do not like the truth; as God Almighty has said: ﴿وَأَكْثَرُهُمْ لِلْحَقِّ كَارِهُونَ﴾[5], and therefore, most of them are not able to know the truth; as God Almighty has said: ﴿بَلْ أَكْثَرُهُمْ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ الْحَقَّ ۖ فَهُمْ مُعْرِضُونَ﴾[6], and most of them do not believe in it; as God Almighty has said: ﴿وَلَكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ﴾[7], and said: ﴿لَقَدْ حَقَّ الْقَوْلُ عَلَى أَكْثَرِهِمْ فَهُمْ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ﴾[8], no matter how hard one tries to make them believe; as God Almighty has said: ﴿وَمَا أَكْثَرُ النَّاسِ وَلَوْ حَرَصْتَ بِمُؤْمِنِينَ﴾[9], unless they taint their faith with polytheism; as God Almighty has said: ﴿وَمَا يُؤْمِنُ أَكْثَرُهُمْ بِاللَّهِ إِلَّا وَهُمْ مُشْرِكُونَ﴾[10], and therefore, most of them are sinners; as God Almighty has said: ﴿وَأَكْثَرُهُمْ فَاسِقُونَ﴾[11], and they are not grateful; as God Almighty has said: ﴿وَلَكِنَّ أَكْثَرَهُمْ لَا يَشْكُرُونَ﴾[12], and said: ﴿وَلَا تَجِدُ أَكْثَرَهُمْ شَاكِرِينَ﴾[13], but rather most of them are like animals, but rather they are more astray; as God Almighty has said: ﴿أَمْ تَحْسَبُ أَنَّ أَكْثَرَهُمْ يَسْمَعُونَ أَوْ يَعْقِلُونَ ۚ إِنْ هُمْ إِلَّا كَالْأَنْعَامِ ۖ بَلْ هُمْ أَضَلُّ سَبِيلًا﴾[14].
