while it is difficult to abandon following it, even though it is for following something better than it, because of attachment to it, getting used to it, and the fear of standing in the minority that leads to political and social pressures. [Invalidity of consensus]

It is hereby understood that consensus, in the sense of the dominant majority of Muslims, cannot be the criterion of the truth, and commitment to it is not justified, and its people are not necessarily people of the truth; therefore, it has been said the Jama‘ah[1] are people of the truth, even if they are few; as consensus, if it means fame and not knowing opponents, has no basis in Islam, nor does it prove the truth; because not knowing opponents does not mean there is no opponent, and fame does not indicate rightfulness. [Invalidity of republic]

Also, the republic, in the sense of government based on the opinion of the majority of people, is not rational;
